I was born in Chicago and grew up bouncing back and forth between the city and the south suburbs.

Amid a global pandemic, I graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s in studio art, a certificate in writing, and a minor in social justice. Sometime afterwards, I entered the world of advertising as a copywriter — exploring what it takes to make good ads and experiencing the quirky chaos of agency culture.

Today, I’m a multidisciplinary creative with an unwavering love for visual and literary art, and a craving to create something out of nothing.
