Hey there, I’m Jay!

I was born in Chicago and grew up bouncing back and forth between the city and the south suburbs.

Amid a global pandemic, I graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s in studio art, a certificate in writing, and a minor in social justice. Soon afterwards, I entered the world of advertising and began exploring what it takes to make good ads while experiencing the quirky chaos of agency culture.

Today, I’m a multidisciplinary creative with an unwavering love for visual and literary art, as well as a craving to create something out of nothing.

Here’s a handful of the things I dream of making:

• Cool ads

• Lovely visuals

• Messages that resonate

• Characters that feel real

• Exciting scripts

• Short stories

• Best-selling novels

• A graphic novel series

• Award-winning animated series

• Beautiful films

• Documentaries

• Music videos

• Podcasts

• Video Games

• And so much more!
